Are you a Rail SHEQ Manager with experience working on civil engineering projects?
 
Do you want to work on frameworks for TFW and Network Rail in a family run business?
 
Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add an SHEQ Manager to their team to work on a number of projects around Wales.
 
Your responsibilities as a SHEQ Manager will include:
·Promoting health, safety, environment and quality to all staff
·Develop and deliver strategic compliance goals
·Ensure that KPI's are recorded and monitored
·Deliver training regarding HSQE vision and strategies
·Produce, deliver and  record monthly briefings
 
Location: Cardiff or Cwmbran
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum DOE + up to £6000 car allowance

Requirements:
·NEBOSH General and Construction certificates
·IEMA practitioner
·Chartered Quality Professional status
·Experience working on rail projects, preferably civils
·Experience working in a leadership position
