Town Planner
Housing Developer
Norfolk
Up to £40,000 plus car allowance
 
Carrington West are assisting their client in their search for a senior planner on a permanent basis.
 
We have an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest UK's housing developers in their office in Norfolk. They are keen to speak with senior planners from both the private and the public sector to join their planning team.
 
You will be reporting into the Head of Planning, assisting them with site visits, support the Land and Planning teams in delivering applications. As a senior planner you will provide valued advice on site appraisals for the Land department and manage planning queries as required.
 
You will need:
·to be a member of the RTPI or willing to work towards this.
·Experience in planning policy or development management within public or private sectors.
·Strong organisational skills, proactive and forward thinking approach.
·A good understanding of relevant regulations and legislation.
·The ability to develop excellent working relationships at all levels including third parties.

Experience in a planning consultancy, developer or local authority is a must. Please note that applications won't be considered without the criteria being met.
