Role: Senior Town Planner
Salary: Up to £40,000
Are you an experienced Senior Town Planner looking to take the next step in your career? We are assisting our client in their search for an experienced professional to join a dynamic team at a family feel consultancy based in Newbury.
As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in their team, contributing to a variety of planning projects. Your responsibilities will include:
·Managing and leading planning projects from inception to completion.
·Conducting site assessments, feasibility studies, and development appraisals.
·Preparing and submitting planning applications, including complex cases.
·Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure project success.
·Keeping up-to-date with relevant planning policies and regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
·At least 5 years of experience in town planning.
·Eligibility for membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
·Strong knowledge of UK planning regulations and policies.
·Excellent communication skills.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
