Carrington West are working closely with a Local Planning Authority in their recruitment for two Senior/Principal Planners on a fully remote basis.
 
The ideal candidate will be able to work through cases quickly and efficiently and possess experience in dealing with major residential applications. Further contractual details below
 
·Inside IR35
·3-month contract
·37 hours per week
·Fully remote working
·Senior or Principal level
·Experienced in dealing with all levels of applications (major residential would be helpful)
·Rapid turnover of applications required
