Do you want to work for a highly motivated local authority planning team who consistently delivers a high level of service?
Our client is looking to secure DM Planning Officers at various levels from Officer to Principal. This is due to a restructure of the team and an increase in planning applications across the district.

- Hours : Hours per week & working pattern may be negotiated
- Remote Working : Anticipate a proportion of remote working, with the need for site visits to be completed.
 
To be successful in this position you MUST BE:
·A Qualified Town Planner with experience within a Local Authority Planning Department
 
Our client is happy to offer very competitive hourly rates and is currently considering the IR35 scope.
