Location: Birmingham - Hybrid Working (50/50)
 
Salary: £48,900 - £61,140 (20% Flex Included)
 
Role Details:
My client is a leading rail infrastructure organisation looking for a Senior Resourcing Business Partner to join a team of seven recruiters. Your role will be to provide and fill both internal and external vacancies on HS2.
 
You will be dealing with up to 15 vacancies at any one time so attention to detail and time-management are essential in this role, you will not be required to call candidates as part of this role it will be solely job posting and reviewing CVs with telephone interviews and supporting junior members of the team where required.
 
As part of this role you will be required to sit in on the three person interview panel for any potential candidates, you should have excellent problem solving abilities and will be expected to run reports into senior leadership and mitigate any risk that have been identified supported by the Resourcing Lead.
 
The team is split into two so a background in recruiting for commercial, procurement or HR Comms would be one team and the second in Civils, Systems, engineering and project management is beneficial.
 
 
Essential:
·Previous experience working as a recruiter either Internally or externally
·Recruitment management specifically dealing with leadership teams presenting results
·Experience of compiling and analysing data using Excel (or equivalent) and ORC
