Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in the Highways or Civils sectors?
 
We're seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our clients expanding major projects team in the Oxford area, working alongside an established yet growing team with exciting plans to grow as a business.
 
We would also look at a Quantity Surveyor due to the amount of work in the pipeline and the level of progression on offer.
 
You will be tasked with overseeing a specific project in the region, so site visits will be required. HOWEVER we can look at flexible working with 3 days at home and 2 days on site - there is an option to be put up in accommodation during this time too.
 
As the successful Senior QS you will be tasked with managing the commercial functions across theis project to ensure a successful project delivery. This will include valuations, budget monitoring, material reconciliation, contract variations, compensation and change.
 
You will also underake pre-contract set up, including forecasting, measurements, sub-contract tendering and procurement. Procurement and management of sub-contract packages will also be part of your duties.
 
We will need you to hold experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the highways arena if not then civils specific experience with NEC3/4 packages.
