We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, to be based in Saudi Arabia. This is a career defining role, offering international exposure and an amazing package.

The Project

One of the largest hospitality projects ever to be commissioned and one that is looking to make a statement. This is going to push the boundaries of design and build and lead the way in hospitality.

The Role

This is a role which will support the site team, in the Project Management of this large-scale hospitality project. You will lead from the front on the delivery, with support from the UK and the team we are growing for this project. You will be client facing, so must be happy engaging with stakeholders and making decisions under pressure. This is a critical role for the project. 

About you

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, ideally you will come from a construction background and will have strong hospitality experience. Important to understand package interface & also constructability knowledge to dovetail into the technical expertise in London. We are looking for someone with 20+ years of experience within similar international projects. 

We are in full resourcing mode now and need to get this role filled ASAP. We have already placed the UK based Design Managers (x2), and Senior Project Manager, and now need to place the Senior Design Manager and Senior Project Manager in Saudi. You will be paid locally, so can take full advantage of the tax breaks, meaning the money advertised, is what will hit your pocket!
