This Cumbrian Local Planning Authority are currently looking for an experienced Planner with a minimum of 5 years exp. for a 3 month initial contract.
 
The successful candidate will be able to handle their own caseload of applications from householder to minor residential (1 to 10 units). My client would consider someone working fully remotely outside of Cumbria if it was the right candidate; the caseload is likely to comprise of applications where the site visit can be filmed or photos taken and placed on file.
 
Vital for this role is the ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
