Carrington West are working closely with a Local Authority in the North-West of England in aid of their search for 3x experienced Senior level Planning Officers. A peak in planning applications has opened up 3 vacant posts where the range and level of respective caseloads will vary from some householders/minors upto majors.
 
The ideal candidate will be able to work through cases quickly and efficiently, undertaking site visits when necessary on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. The council offices are open and would welcome regular office presence on a if possible. However, they understand the way in which many are working at present and are happy for candidates to work on a more remote basis.
