We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Planning Officer to join the busy Development Management team of our Devon-based LPA Client.
 
This role will be dealing with a backlog of cases, mostly Minors/complex minors as well as being working on some of the major applications the authority has coming through.
 
As the main goal is to clear the backlog and take initiative on some major applications, the most suitable candidates must be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
 
The position allows for full remote working although site visits may need to be carried out on a very occasional basis.
 
The hourly rate is negotiable dependent upon experience.
 
This role will move quickly and is unique opportunity to join a growing local authority.
