Senior Planning Enforcement Officer
Oxfordshire
£45-£52 per hour
3-month initial contract
 
I am working closely with my LPA client based in Oxfordshire and assisting in their recruitment for a temporary Senior Planning Enforcement Officer.
 
This post is to deal with a range of cases varying in complexity. Only candidates with good experience in the same role will be considered as you must be comfortable and able to hit the ground running.
 
You must be able to carry out investigations, site visits and writing reports. This is a customer-focused role so you must be able to communicate clearly and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.

It would be beneficial to have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in town planning and be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
