Major Housing Association based in South London in need of a Senior Maintenance Surveyor to act as a lead surveyor supporting the head of maintenance.
 
This role will include the management of responsive and planned maintenance of a large portfolio of residential properties. Further to this you will take responsibility for the management of the complaints process from investigation to potential Legal proceedings. Supporting more junior Surveyors will also be part of this role.
 
To apply you must meet all of the below experience criteria:
 
·Recent Experience in Responsive Repairs
·Recent experience within Social Housing
·Ensure compliance to H and S Requirements
·To manage complaints through the complaints process, including receiving , taking ownership , providing written responses, attending hearings as required
·Strong track record of successful contract management and experience of carrying out the lead officer function.
·Strong track record of effectively managing budgets
