Civils Delivery Manager
My client are looking for a Civils Delivery Manager to support their growing business. They have a requirement to recruit a Civils Delivery Manager to drive work programmes which will include build elements of copper, fibre, power and civils. The role requires management of flex and civils suppliers across the country.
My client delivers Managed Services and Projects for both fixed and mobile infrastructure networks across the operator and utility markets.
As part of the role, you will be:
·Take a lead role in driving process improvement / programme performance to resolve business issues that positively impact financial and volume performance
·To keep Project Sponsors and other stakeholders up to date with progress. Establish and maintain effective business relationships both internally and relevant external stakeholders and customers.
·To comply with the relevant Health and Safety Policy provisions
·Determine the resource requirements for the completion of all works throughout the project term.
·Drive process and efficiency improvements across the programme
The following skills/experience are essential:
·You will have good knowledge of the telecoms arena such as copper, fibre, power and especially civils, ideally in a delivery role. They will also need to have good understanding and experience of how the sub-contractor model works within the telecoms industry.
·An ability to lead, organise and co-ordinate programmes, motivate other stakeholders and demonstrate the drive to deliver efficiently
·Ability to prioritise and organise workloads to meet deadlines
·Adept in the logistical skills required to produce effective and efficient work programs (Customer, materials, geography)
·Experience working in a customer facing organisation
*This role would be predominantly working from home*
What you will get in return:
Salary - £60,000 - £70,000 plus company package including 25 days holiday (plus bank holiday) , pension plus additional company perks.
