I am looking for a senior building surveyors to work on an interim basis in Aylesbury!
 
Reactive Maintenance & Contracts team 
Walton Street, Aylesbury (mostly remote working with occasional visits to the office & other sites) 
 
Start ASAP 
End 31/03/2022 (potential for this to be extended further) 
Inside IR35
£35.64 per hour Umbrella
Full time, 37 hours per week (part time applications will not be considered) 
Enhanced DBS check required due to occasionally visiting schools
Site visits will be required so full driving licence and business care insurance will need to be uploaded with compliance
 
·The role is with the Reactive Maintenance team so is very much around quick reactive problem solving building maintenance or defect related issues  
·This is a senior role so looking for about 10 years or more experience, preferably with some Local Authority so understands the sort of clients and building stock involved. Needs to be RICS or CIOB. Job description available upon request.
