Opportunity for an expeirenced Architectural Technician/Technologist in Bedfordshire.
 
About the role:
 
You will be part of the successful and established residential (development consultancy) team
helping to deliver large scale multi-unit residential developments from design stage through to
project completion (as guided by the project designer).
- Working on various residential led projects around the UK, from small private developers to
national house builders.
- Taking the approved planning drawings (or group BIM models) up to a complete working drawing
package and applying insight into budget and environmentally conscious construction techniques.
- Signing off consultant's information including Structural engineers and floor and truss designers
etc.
- Managing workflow for yourself and a small team of junior technicians in order to achieve on
budget, on time projects.

About you:
 
- 3+ years' experience within the residential sector
- A strong portfolio demonstrating proven working drawing
- Proficiency in producing Working Drawings in AutoCAD and REVIT is Essential
- Experience with Sketchup and other Rendering software is desirable
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Software
- Excellent Knowledge and understanding of current UK Planning and Building Regulations
- Working well as part of a team as well as individual creative thinking
- Confident, personable and proactive
- Strong communication with a high standard of written and spoken English
