A leading architecture firm is looking for a Senior Architect to join their London based team to support on rail projects with Network rail & TFL. The successful individual will have the opportunity to become an associate within the team.

Salary: £42,000 to £48,000 per year.

Contract type: Fixed term contract or permanent available

Location: London, hybrid working

Requirements:

• Part 3 Qualified with ARB registration.
• Ideally degree qualified or equivalent in architecture.
• Significant work experience within an Architectural Practice or similar environment in the UK is required.
• Railway experience essential.
• Experience working with Revit, MicroStation and/or AECOsim.
• Legislation and guidance knowledge, such as Building Regulations and British Standards.
• Ability to work on multiple projects.
• Technical bias and experience of construction stages / specification / tender documentation
