Contract length: 12 - 24 months
Location: working from home  but will be required to come to London office occasionally
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
-            Supporting the design team from inception through to completion of projects.
 
-            Work within a BIM enabled environment using 3D tools and technologies, must be Bentley Micorstation / Aecosim proficient.
 
 
-            Assisting in the preparation of concept scheme designs from Client briefs and working with other disciplines to test the validity of those designs.
 
-            Work as part of single or multi discipline team in the preparation of production information and working drawing packages.
 
-            Ensure design co-ordination and interface resolution between multi-discipline teams throughout all design stages.
 
-            Preparation of full NBS Chorus specifications.
 
Requirements:
 
-            Prior experience of working as a Senior Architect on rail projects
 
-            Proficiency in Microstation/Aecosim and projectwise
 
-            Knowledge of Network Rail CAD/ BIM Standards preferred but not essential.
 
-            The ideal candidate will have a RIBA Part 3 qualification and be RIBA, ARB registered (or equivalent) with experience on wide range of complex projects at different stages.
 
Experience should include working on major infrastructure projects, ideally but not essentially in the rail sector, working directly with the client, contractor, and multi-disciplinary design teams.
