Role: Semi-Skilled Mobile Engineer
Pay: Contract to perm - £20-£22 per hour then salary to be discussed after 6 months
Location - Mobile (Vale Of Glamorgan)
 
 
 40 hours per week with call outs on a 1 in 3 basis (subject to change to suit the needs of the business).
 
We have an exciting opportunity for a Semi-skilled Mobile Engineer to join our clients team across the Vale of Glamorgan.
 
This role is well suited to an ambitious and motivated individual with some electrical or mechanical field-based experience and a desire to embark on a career that offers development and progression opportunities.
 

What will you be doing?
 
·Safe operation of steam and hot water boiler plant in line with statutory legislation.
·Site Safety and Environmental checks and inspections in line with the requirements of our business management system.
·Monitoring and maintaining efficiency of the plant through the tools provided.
·Respond to breakdowns and call outs in line with the contractual agreements, on a 1 in 3 basis (subject to change to suit the needs of the business).
·Support technical staff in plant breakdowns and repairs.
·To uphold our values and provide a 1st class service to our clients.
 
What are we looking for?
 
·Experience in a mobile / field service role.
·Semi-skilled in an electrical or mechanical engineering field..
·Willingness to learn and a desire for progression.
 
Desirable:
 
·Semi -skilled in an electrical or mechanical engineering field.
·Knowledge of industrial or commercial boiler systems.
·Gas Safe experience.
·F-Gas experience or qualified.
Time-served in an Engineering or Building Services discipline
