Rate: £30 Per Hour Inside IR35 (Paid Umbrella)
 
My client is an award-winning and international architecture practice who works across an number of sectors including retail, healthcare, hospitality, education, leisure, and are market leaders in transportation design.
 
Due to their workload increasing and a number of projects beginning, they are looking for an experience revit technician to work on delivering small/medium sized refurbishments on rail projects you should have prior experience on refurbishment works.
 
This is an immediate position and initially a short term 3 month contract.
 
Essential:
 
- 5 years experience in Revit
- Previous experience of leading small teams on refurbishments or fit-outs
- Previous stakeholder engagement
- Excellent knowledge of building regulations and construction practice for refurbishment work
