I am looking for a building surveyor to work on an interim basis with a North London Borough.
Rate: £23-30 p/h (Umbrella)
Duration: 7 months

·         The repairs team require a repairs surveyor to join a large and dynamic  team.
·         The candidates must be able to travel around the borough (own vehicle mileage paid).
·         The candidates will be inspecting communal areas and estates and raising repairs that need completing within a set patch. Work will be across the borough.
·         Must be able to diagnose repairs issues and manage contractors to see jobs through to completion.
