Job description

Our client a leading utilities and Engineering contractor is currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team paying up to £14.13 per hour Umbrella starting on a 6-month contract with a view it can be extended.
 
Working 37.5 hours a week you be home based with the occasion day within the office where required.
 
The ideal administrator will assist with setting up Interviews ensuring calendars are updated for Managers and attend Emerging Talent Assessment centres as and when required.
 
Key Responsibilities include.
 
·Writing job descriptions and adverts as and when required, using the recruitment ATS to advertise the roles via the relevant methods.
·To screen CV's according to agreed criteria - approve/hold/reject candidates.
·To qualify that candidate are suitable for the role by questioning/telephone interviewing them against the brief given.
·To arrange the payment of invoices as and when required
·To liaise with the marketing team in relation to recruitment materials
·To support further projects as required by the Recruitment Team.
·To manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience for all.
·To carry out other ad-hoc recruitment duties and when required
 
 
Desirable skills.
 
·Previous experience working within an administrative / customer facing position.
·Ability to prioritise, work with high volumes and manage multiple tasks.
·Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Office 365)
·Previous recruitment experience would be desirable.
