Contract Pay Rate: £446/day Inside IR35
 
Contract Length: 6 months
 
Location: Birmingham - Majority Home-Based with occasional travel to Birmingham
 
Role Details:
 
My client is a leading railway client looking for an STE2 Structural Examiner to help work in the Birmingham region.
 
For this role you will be responsible for the review of structure examination reports, assessing the risks of structural defects to ensure actions are taken where necessary. You will also undertake the occasional site examinations on non-routine structures and tunnels.
 
You will also get the opportunity to work on both large and unique structures, examining tenanted arches, sensitive structures, coastal defences, underwater exams etc.
 
Essential:
·STE2 Structural Examiner with experience working on civil railway infrastructure projects.
·Degree or HNC/HND in Civil or Structural Engineering.
 
Preferred:
·Chartered or Incorporated Civil Engineer
·STE6 proficiency.
