Contract Rate: £430/day Outside IR35 Limited - Salary Options Available
 
Location: Hatfield - 3 days a week in the office.
 
Contract Length: 12 months +
 
Role Details:
My client is a railway contractor looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing business on a contractual or permanent basis.
 
For this role you will be responsible for Contract and sub-contract documents, contract administration, enquiries, evaluation, procurement, Cash flow, budgets, cost allocation/control/forecasting working on the likes of railway substations, level crossings, and resignalling schemes alongside the likes of Atkins and Alstom
 
Essential:
·Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience working on E&P/Signalling Railway Infrastructure Projects.
·Experience working for a tier 1 or tier 2 contractor on railway infrastructure projects.
