Rate: £350-£380 a day outside IR35 + expenses
Contract length: 12-18 months
 
This is a great opportunity for a client side Project Manager to work on a major rail station development out of Cardiff.
 
The project is currently having design finalised and then moving into a live construction project. Previous experience of design and build contracts would be ideal.
 
This role will be based from clients office as/ when needed and rest would be from home.
 
This role has been deemed outside IR35 and is paying £3350-£380 per day + expesnes.
 
Requirements:
Project manager with experience working for end client (Network Rail, TFW etc)
Experience of delivery of rail stations or depots
Experience of design and build contracts - ideally NEC
