Are you a Building Surveyor with Network Rail experience?
 
Have you achieved chartership or STE5 competency?
 
Location: Birmingham to Manchester
Rate: £450 per day inside IR35 + expenses
Length: 6 months
 
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading consultancy on a range of Network Rail assets on the LNW corridor. Previous rail experience will therefore be required for this opportunity.
 
The majority of this work will take place between Birmingham to Manchester so site travel will be required for surveying and the remaining work can be done from home.
 
Given the nature of the work, only candidates that are chartered or have achieved an STE5 competency can be considered or this position.
 
This role has been deemed INSIDE IR35 with a rate of £450 per day. The successful candidate will be able to expense mileage and accommodation as required.
