Are you a Rail Quantity Surveyor with experience working within plant?
 
Are you looking to work for a Tier 1 contractor within rail?
 
Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team to work on a number of plant projects valued from £5000 to £150,000.
 
Your duties as a Quantity Surveyor will include:
·Collation of Cost and Value Information
·Preparation of Cost reconciliation statements
·Collation of cost and value information
·Client management and liaison
·Supporting Bids and work winning  
 
Location: London + hybrid working
Salary: up to £55,000 per annum DOE + company car

Requirements:
·Degree/HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or equivalent industry experience
·Minimum 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the rail industry
·Experience working on NEC or NR7 forms of contract
