About the role
The successful candidate will be a confident and ambitious Quantity Surveyor who is driven by developing their skills and wants to progress within an organisation. Someone who integrates well into a team and enjoys the social aspects of work as well as the professional. We are looking for someone with experience in the following areas:

·Experience within at least one of the following sectors:
·Commercial property
·Education
·Manufacturing property
·Large scale retail (Ideally supermarkets)
·General knowledge of construction contracts such as JCT and NEC
·An understanding of current construction tools and initiatives such as BIM and Project soft-landings.
·Experience of both public and private sector clients
·The ability to manage a project throughout its lifecycle

Required qualifications:
·Qualified with a BSc (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or relevant Construction qualification
·Ideally a chartered member of the RICS, or working towards final APC sitting in the next 12 months
