Job role:
·Ensure the Public Response Team has clear processes and consistent ways of working to deliver accurate data collection on all complaints and enquiries
·Quality assure the data and information collected by the team to ensure its accuracy and completeness
·Analyse complaints and enquiries data to establish trends and themes for improvement, sharing these in relevant forums to drive learning and change.
·Ability to develop, analyse and present performance monitoring and reporting in a complex and demanding environment
·Ability to programme manage and deliver high quality data collection, monitoring and reporting
 
Requirements:
·Excellent user level of excel
·Previous experience of using Microsoft dynamics
·Experience in using data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau to underpin reporting functions and analytical approach
