Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 p/a depending on experience

Are you an experienced Site or Project Manager looking for your next challenge in the water sector? My client, an award-winning contractor on the Wessex Water framework, is looking for a Project Manager with M&E site experience to work on their clean water treatment plant in Purton.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be managing a team of engineers on an M&E refurbishment project.
Your role will involve:
·Project program compliance and updating (with planners).
·Business development and client liaising.
·Monitoring and periodic review of project commercial performance (with commercial colleagues).
·Tasking, productivity, and standards compliance.
·Project risk and change identification/reporting.
·Project design liaison, review, and updating (with designers).
·Safe delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality.
·Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
·Management and monitoring of approved specialist sub-contractors and wider supply chain partners.
·Coordination and liaison with key project stakeholders (internal & external).
·Management of operational assets prior to client hand-over Candidate Description.
·Will have an engineering background with aligned academic and training qualifications.
·Site-based working.
Required Skills:
·Site of Project Management experience in a construction environment.
·Knowledge and experience of current contract forms, acts and legislation (NEC/JCT), CDM regulations, employment legislation and SHEQ procedures in a construction environment.
·Computer literacy, particularly with MS Office applications is essential.
·CITB (SMSTS) and/or CSCS qualified for managing safely.
·Degree/NVQ Level 5, or equivalent in a civil engineering/construction related discipline.
·Medium Risk Confined Spaces.
·Ability to work to target dates across multiple projects, whilst maintaining output and timescale requirements.
·Hold a valid full UK driving license.
·Eligible to work in the UK.
