An opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager with experience in Transport and Highways Infrastructure to join a client in Oxfordshire. Your main duties include delivering high-profile highway and transport projects across the area, liaising with various stakeholders, assembling and submitting planning applications for complex infrastructure and negotiating future funding and income.
 
This is a freelance position expected to last 6 months as a minimum. The rate on offer is £425 - £450 per day - negotiable for the right candidate. Flexible working arrangements and working from home opportunities are available.
 
Working within the Highways team your main duties include:
·Delivering major transport, highways and infrastructure improvement projects
·Assembling and submitting planning applications for highway infrastructure
·Dealing with discharge of planning conditions for complex highway schemes and Reg 25 matters
·Ensuring all highway elements of projects are delivered on time and within budget
