Project Manager (Building Safety Case Report)
£450/d Umbrella Rate (Inside IR35)
3 Months Initially
North London - Tuesdays in Office
 
What will you do?
The purpose of this job is to project manage Building Safety Case Report Programme - c£2m per annum.   
1.To design and deliver a programme of consultants' commissions on a borough-wide basis which delivers the Council's building safety ambitions
2.To support the Programme Director on project and programme management activities related to any of the projects/programmes that may be ongoing, ensuring they are managed to corporate project management standards
3.To work with other Departments of the Council required to deliver the Council's Programme objectives and to be responsible for the corporate profile of the Team
4.To represent the Council in strategic partnerships and in the delivery of programmes.
5.To oversee development and delivery of initiatives which cut across the programme and are fundamental to successful delivery including a consistent and proactive internal and external communications strategy.
6.To manage the delivery of promotional activities relating to programmes, to increase the regional and national profile of Enfield projects.
7.To make recommendations to the appropriate decision-making forums and negotiate agreements with partners, drawing on legal expertise as required. To prepare and present reports for Senior Managers and Members to facilitate and inform understanding and decision-making.
8.To ensure plans are realistic in terms of cost, time, and outputs and to maintain effective systems, processes, and procedures for collecting, analysing and sharing data, enabling more effective decision making and joint working in support of continuous improvements in service planning and delivery.
9.To build, establish and develop key strategic partnerships at a senior level, internally and externally; including but not limited to Programme Boards, Government departments, and the building safety Regulator.
