Project Manager
Are you looking for a new position in Project Management? Do you have experience Managing Capital Schemes to completion?
 
Salary: 42,000-50,000+ Plus Car/Car allowance.
 
Annual business mileage 10,000.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of all major projects with schemes up to the cost of 1 million. Candidate will be able to communicate between Client, designer, and capital schemes team.
Possible schemes include carriageway patching, Surface treatments, foot ways, drainage, structures, improvements, and major projects, it will benefit the candidate to have a good working knowledge of all of these areas.
 
The candidate must also have high level of knowledge of:
 
·Civil Engineering
·Construction Methods
·Temporary works
·H&S legislation
·Cost/Value Management
·Capable of managing a challenging workload subject to change at short notice.
·Ability to prioritise own work to support business priorities
·Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key people both internally and externally including elected members, stakeholders, and members of the public and other design organisations
·A high level of project management experience is required to direct complex projects and to provide technical support and mentoring staff.
Qualification:
·Civil Engineering related Degree
