We're looking for an experienced Site Agent / Project Manager to join a major project in Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong civils and energy background to take a leading role on a technically challenging, high-profile scheme within the energy and infrastructure sector.
You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. The role will initially be on a contract basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

·Lead and manage site teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
·Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
·Oversee programme delivery, budget tracking, and progress reporting.
·Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the commercial team to ensure smooth project delivery.
·Maintain strong relationships across the site team, driving performance and morale.

Requirements

·Proven experience as a Site Agent or Project Manager on civil engineering projects.
·Solid understanding of Civils and infrastructure delivery.
·Background in the energy, utilities, or renewable sector is advantageous.
·Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate site teams.
·SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred.
