We're working with a forward-thinking building services consultancy in Milton Keynes looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their expanding team. You'll work on a diverse range of commercial, industrial, residential, and educational projects, supporting the full design process from RIBA Stage 1 through to Stage 6.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed M&E building services designs across commercial, residential, logistics, and education projects.Deliver coordinated designs through all RIBA stages (1-6) in collaboration with architects and structural engineers.
• Ensure all designs comply with building regulations, planning requirements, and industry standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with long term clients, including developers and contractors.

What You'll Bring

• UK based MEP design experience within a consultancy or M&E design environment.
• Strong understanding of building regulations and statutory compliance.
• Experience delivering coordinated designs across multiple disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in client meetings and design discussions.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and IES/SAP modelling

What's on Offer

• Competitive £40,000 - £45,000 salary (depending on experience).
• 5% annual profit share, typically between £800-£1,000.
