Project Manager - Buildings Fitout and Lifecycle
Are you an experienced Project Manager with experience in the fit out, lifecycle and maintenance space looking for a long term contract?
If so, this Facilities Contractor client could give you just that. 
Who will you be joining?  
You will be joining a market leader in Facilities Management with a wealth of experience and clients across multiple sectors as part of a team that are focusing on Government contracts.
What will you do? 
Within this role you will have a versatile list of responsibilities which includes the following:  
- Liaison with clients, design teams and other professionals involved in the project to     ensure all works are seamlessly integrated
- Deliver projects on time, on budget and to the highest quality
- Design Management
- Financial and Budget control
- Management of personnel, sub-contractors, and suppliers
- Developing and maintaining the overall project programme
- Project reporting
What do you need?  
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:  
- Knowledge and awareness of Project Management principles, documents, and plans
- Excellent skills in communication & presentation
- Proficient at using Microsoft Office
- Accountable for all project documentation and the project lifecycle, reporting progress against milestones, changes and budgets
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in 'Fit-out' Project Management preferably in a Government environment however this is not essential
- Running large- and small-scale projects
- Have the ability and understanding to read technical drawings and implement requirements
- Fire Marshal certificate
- First Aid 3-day qualified
- PASMA Card
- CSCS skill card Holder
- Minimum IOSH Health and Safety Certificate
- Ideally NEBOSH Health and Safety Construction Certificate
- Compiling reviewing pre-construction information packs
- CDM Auditing duties
- Asbestos Awareness
- Competent using Microsoft Project
- SMSTS Qualified / Certificate
How will you benefit? 
The rate for this vacancy will be negotiable based on experience but will be operating inside of IR35. This is a full-time vacancy with 6 months' work guaranteed and the possibility of extension with further schemes of work.
