Job description

Are you a Rail Project Manager with experience across a range of civil engineering disciplines?
 
Are you looking to work for a Tier 1 Contractor on a portfolio of rail infrastructure projects, including frameworks and contract agreements?
 
Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Project Manager to their team to work on a portfolio of rail civil engineering projects throughout the Western region.
 
Your duties as a Project Manager will include:
·Involvement in projects from pre-qualification and tendering through to completion
·Ensuring that the contract is completed in accordance with the budget, legislation, terms and conditions, heath and safety plan and the quality and environment plan
·Management of sub contract resources
·Monitoring of contract progress
·Identifying, agreeing and managing any required changes to the contract
·Provision of formal reports on contract progress
·Identifying Business Development opportunities
 
Location: Somerset + hybrid working
Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 per annum DOE

Requirements:
·Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Agent on rail civil engineering projects
·Experience working for a rail contractor
·PTS/SMSTS
·Degree/HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent (preferred)
·Working towards chartership (preferred)
