Are you a project controls manager with large infrastructure projects?
 
Have you set up and implemented project control tools at early stages of infrastructure projects?
 
This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved with HS2 from a client side.
 
Location: 1 x Birmingham and 1 x Central London
 
Salary: Birmingham - £40,750 - £61,140
London - £43,750- £65,580
 
This is working for a client side organisation with HS2.
 
The work will involve picking up data from contractors and processing onto the system to then run reports on the data. This will be working within their Land and Property team processing data on numerous acquisitions of land.
 
This role will be suited to a very dynamic individual who is prepared to manage the data, manage multiple stakeholders and focus on performance improvements.
 
The individual for this role must show they have been involved on early stages of infrastructure projects and set up systems and processes for that project and then driven implementation. Implementation and development of project controls tools and driving business improvement is key for this role.
 
Previous experience of mobilising and managing teams as well as managing stakeholders is essential to this role.
 
Requirements:
·Project controls manager experience with large infrastructure projects
·Must of been involved from an early stage of projects, set up and implemented project control teams
·Previous experience working client side or for a consultancy
·Ideally BI reporting capability, change management, excels skills, handling and extracting data.
·Experience of operating GIS systems would be good.
·Programming capability using python
