Do you have more than 12 years experience in a Project Controls/PMO role on infrastructure projects?
Do you have more at least 4 years experience managing a team?
Salary: £80,000 to £110,000
Location: 3 days on site per week, Rochester
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project control processes and serve as the lead for the Project Management Office (PMO).
- Manage a team of project planners, project control professionals and risk managers,
- Coordinate on-site activities, with a requirement of 3 days per week presence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and flag any issues promptly.
- Utilise tools such as P6 to streamline project management processes.
- Implement necessary adjustments and enhancements to existing project management frameworks, focusing on continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 12 years of experience in planning/project controls within the infrastructure sector.
- Minimum 4 years of managerial experience.
- Demonstrable expertise in team management and project control methodologies.
- Familiarity with infrastructure projects across various sectors.
- Ability to manage processes efficiently, ensuring effective communication and reporting across different project functions.
- Proficiency in risk management, change management, and PMO operations.
- Knowledge of P6 software is advantageous.

Based in East Kent, this role requires a candidate with extensive experience in project management and team leadership, particularly in the realm of infrastructure development.
