A retrofit expert firm in London are looking to expand their team with an experienced Architect who has had hands on experience with RIBA stage 4 and 5. You will be joining an AJ100, multi award winning firm; most prominent in the retro-fit and sustainable buildings market.
You will be joining to work on a range on London based projects, such as the repositioning an office into a boutique hotel or a Grade ll listed building which is one of it's kind in London.

Responsibilities:
·Develop innovative design solutions that meet client needs and adhere to building codes and regulations.
·Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using Revit.
·Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
·Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
·Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.
·Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed.You will be given the opportunity to run your own projects in the near future.

Must have:

• 2+ Years post qualification experience
• ARB Registration
• Revit proficiency
