Role: Programme PA & Programme Support
Location: Peterborough and home working (3-4 days in the office)
Duration: 3 months +
Salary: £29,822

My client is looking for a Major Infrastructure Programme PA & Programme Support for their programme team.  The purpose of the position is to provide administrative support to the Major Infrastructure Programmes Senior Team to support them in the discharge of their duties and responsibilities by providing an effective organisational and administration service.
Also, to provide administrative support in relation the effective administrative and organisation of the Major Infrastructure Programmes.
Responsibilities include:
·Manage Senior Team's daily, weekly, monthly and beyond calendar of work and meetings
·Organise and schedule meetings/appointments & conferences
·Maintain an efficient database of addresses/telephone numbers & relevant information
·Book travel, accommodation, rooms and facilities as necessary
·Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports and other documents as required
·Maintain an efficient bring-forward system to ensure actions are tracked and carried out by deadlines
·Ensure accurate and confidential filing system with effective retrieval
·Effective and efficient support of the Senior Team at all times
·Understand and maintain awareness of business priorities
·Deal with customers and senior personnel (both internal and external) efficiently and effectively over the telephone and face to face
Skills and experience:
·Extensive PA / senior secretary experience
·1st class administrative/secretarial skills
·Microsoft Office computer applications
·Working knowledge of spread sheets
·Broad understanding of the group and related companies
·1st class interpersonal and stakeholder skills
·High degree of diplomacy and tact, sensitive telephone manner
·Flexible - responsive to a variety of situations
