Role: Process Scientist - Rivers & Waste Water Treatment
Location: South Wales/ Central Wales

One of the UK's leading water companies are looking for a Process Scientist to work attached to Welsh Water Projects, covering between Cardiff, Newport and Central Wales which will be split across River projects Usk and Wye and Water Treatment plants.  The successful Process Scientist will be working on large wastewater treatment projects including pumping stations, treatment works and other core non-infrastructure assets.
 
This a mobile / site based role where you will be provided a company car.  As a result candidates can be based anywhere in the South of Wales up to central Wales.
 
To be considered, YOU MUST have previously worked in the Water Sector
 
The main responsibilities of this position will be:
 
Water Sample collection
Water Sample analysis
Feeding back on analysis results so changes can be made to ensure water quality standards are met
 
Key points on the role are:
 
- Monday to Friday
- 45 hour standard working week
- 7:30 - 17:00 Standard working day
- No call out or standby
- Salary £40 - 50,000 dependant on experience
