Principal Transport Planner
 
Carrington West are working with a busy London Borough with their search for a Principal Transport Planner to join them on a contract basis. You will be responsible for leading a small sub-team of officers in the development and implementation of multiple "Healthy Streets" projects within neighborhoods across the borough.
 
You will have:
·Local authority (preferably London) experience, at Principal or higher level
·Direct experience of leading the delivery of low-traffic neighborhood or similar Healthy Street-style schemes
·Direct experience of managing highly complex and challenging/controversial schemes from inception to completion including stakeholder and budget management
·Demonstrate experience of successfully managing a small team

Previous experience in Transport Planning is essential for this role.
