Job Title: Principal Town Planner

Location: Bristol

Experience: 5+ years experience minimum and MUST be MRTPI

We are working with a large, well established multi-disciplinary private consultancy who are seeking a Principal Town Planner to join their team in Bristol. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of town planning experience and a full UK driving license.

Requirements:
·5+ years of town planning experience.
·RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or other related field.
·Full RTPI chartership
·A good level of environmental planning experience, especially that of site appraisals and environmental consents
·Valid driving license for site visits.

Responsibilities:
·Lead planning projects from start to finish.
·Prepare and submit planning applications.
·Engage with clients, stakeholders, and authorities.
·Stay updated on planning policies.

Salary:
£50,000-£55,000 per annum
