My client in Lancashire is seeking an experienced Development Management specialist to join them in their development team for initial 3-4 month contract. In this role you will carry a caseload of variety of applications, including majors. As well as this, you will be supervising an area team which would consist of allocating, checking and signing off applications for planning officers, as well as supporting the team.
 
They are ideally seeking a contractor on a full time basis for 37 hours per week, however they will consider a small reduction in hours on a case-by-case basis.
 
The role allows for hybrid working with 1-2 days in the office as a minimum, with ability to work/ drive to the council office.
 
To be suitable for this role, you will need to have had previous experience working within Local Authority Planning Development Teams, management and leadership experience.
 
Carrington West Pay Rate - £50 per hour +
