My client in Essex is seeking an experienced Principal Planning Officer to join them in their DM Team for initial 6-contract.
 
The council office is located fairly close to London with good transport links.
·        37 hours per week
·        Mainly working remotely but will need to do site visits when needed
·        Hourly rate - approx. £55 per hour
·        Applications sizes varying from smaller majors up to 200 units.
