My client is seeking a driven and committed Mechanical Lead to join their growing office in Birmingham.
 
Working primarily on large scale and high end residential projects in the UK and around the world, this opportunity will expose you to a multidisciplinary environment with a globally recognised consultancy.
 
To be considered for the position you will
 
·Be degree qualified in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
·Be chartered or working towards chartership
·Have proven experience of leading mechanical project delivery on UK Building Services projects
·Have a minimum of 8 years experience in the UK Building Services industry, designing mechanical systems
·Be keen to grow with a new team and develop your career
·Have experience in the Residential sector - high rise apartments preferable but not essential
·Have excellent practical knowledge of Hevacomp, IES and other software related to Mechanical HVAC and Building Services design
