About the Role
Based in the London office (with a flexible hybrid model), you'll play a leading role in the electrical team providing technical direction, overseeing project delivery, and mentoring junior engineers. You'll be the go-to person for electrical design leadership on challenging and innovative projects, helping drive quality, innovation, and client satisfaction.
Since launching in 2021, the business has grown to nearly 40 specialists and delivered a diverse portfolio of projects from £45m student accommodation schemes to multiple £30-40m research and laboratory facilities. What You'll Need
·Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer at Principal level (or ready to step up).
·Strong background in building services consultancy.
·Experience leading projects within science, research, or higher education environments.
·A proactive, team-oriented approach and ambition to grow with the business.
·Chartered Engineer status (or working toward it).
