Who will you be joining?  

Well known Maintenance Contractor servicing local authorities and social housing providers across the Portsmouth area in need of Plumbers to assist on repairs and upgrade works.  

What will you do?

Within this role you will have a versatile list of responsibilities which includes the following:  

·Carrying out bathroom installations 
· first and second fixing  
·emergency water escape repairs  
·drainage, shower pump replacement 
· ceramic wall tiling 
· non-licenced asbestos removal (where full training will be given) 
 
What do you need?  

To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:  
 
·NVQ level 2-3 in plumbing or equivalent. 
·Trade based experience may be considered.  
·2 - 5 yrs. experience of working in Social Housing or Building Maintenance environment  
·Live within a 10-mile radius of PO6 
 
How will you benefit? 
 
Should you be successful in securing this exciting opportunity, you will work for 3 months on a contract basis followed by permanent employment with a paid salary of £27,102 per annum + benefits.
