Job description

Carrington West are assisting their Private Sector client in the search for a Planning Appeals Consultant to support them for a 3 month period. This position can be offered on a full time and part time basis; this is an Outside IR35 position.
 
The Planning Appeal in question is a small Housing Estate and we are looking for a consultant to lead the appeal.
 
This post is offered on a hybrid working basis; there are a number of key meetings which need to be attended as well as the 2 day appeal hearing.

To apply for this role, it is essential that you have worked at a Senior level and have demonstrable experience winning planning appeals. The successful candidates must have good fundamental and technical knowledge and understanding of all relevant planning legislation and policies.
 
It would be beneficial to hold a Post-graduate degree in planning, regeneration or a related discipline, and have the eligibility for membership of RTPI.
 
The client is looking for candidates who will be able to hit the ground running and start at short notice
 

Carrington West Pay Rate - £50per/hour (Negotiable DOE)
